Every birth is a sacred journey, and every woman deserves the very best in healthcare, delivered with compassion, expertise, and a commitment to excellence.
St. Peter and Centralia hospitals provide expert care to women and infants, delivering thousands of newborns every year. St. Peter Hospital offers Level II Special Care Nursery to support moderate to high-risk deliveries and to care for premature or sick infants. Centralia Hospital also provides excellent care for women and babies, and for those high-risk pregnancies, the collaboration between the two hospitals is essential to provide a vital continuum of care across our region.
Your gift to our Women and Infant Health services will:
• Support young families with adolescent obstetric services.
• Provide vulnerable families with supplies and support including car seats, lactation services, pack and play sleepers, newborn sleep sacks to ensure a healthy and safe start.
• Purchase specialized equipment to ensure immediate response during high-risk deliveries.
• Support the planned expansion of the number of providers and clinics across Thurston and Lewis counties.
• Increase access to prenatal and postpartum care especially to high-risk patients.
• Fund the Kaleidoscope Play and Learn program which is a partnership between Providence St. Peter Family Medicine and Child Care Action Council to provide early childhood development education and coaching to local families.
