In Memory of Mary Lou Bleakley
Thank you for your kind and generous gift in memory of Mary Lou. Mary Lou was born on September 2, 1930, to Herman and Helen Stansell in Cape May, New Jersey. She passed away peacefully on July 17, 2023, at the age of 92 at Clearwater at North Tustin in Santa Ana, California under the tender care of Providence Hospice.
Mary Lou is survived by her husband of 72 years, Wilfred Robert Bleakley, Jr and their children, Elise Roberts (Pete), Bill Bleakley (Janet), Helen Katz (Gene), Patricia Field (Gil), Mary Ellen Umerley (Jim) and Katherine DiRienzo (Vic), her two brothers Karl Stansell (Doris) and Donald Stansell (Maureen) as well as 16 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Every day, the caregivers at Providence visit the homes and bedsides of patients and their families who are at the end-of-life. Their calling is to care for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Their dedication extends to caring for the whole person, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
