Please make your contribution via payroll deduction below. Your donation will begin during the next 1-3 pay periods and will be automatically deducted at each subsequent pay period. Your payroll deduction will continue until you notify the Foundation at SRMHfoundation@providence.org to stop or change the amount. The minimum contribution for payroll deduction is $5.00 per pay period. Every dollar of your gift stays in our local community and is an investment in our future.
