- Where is the display? When can I visit?
The display is located outside at our office at 414 S. Jefferson Street in Napa and will be up December 3-31. Stars will continue to be added throughout December.
- How can I recognize multiple loved ones?
1) We’re happy to help! Call us at 707-254-4157 between 9-5pm Monday-Friday and we can take your donation over the phone.
2) Make a single gift online and then email us at chfnv@providence.org with the details of how you’d like your gift designated and the contact information of anyone you’d like notified of your gift.
- I’d rather not give online, how else can I reserve a star?
1) Mail a check to Community Health Foundation Napa Valley, 414 South Jefferson Street, Napa, CA 94559. Please be sure to include that your gift is for Light Up a Life, the names of those you’d like recognized, and the contact information of anyone you’d like notified of your gift.
2) Call us at 707-254-4157 between 9-5pm Monday-Friday and we can take your donation over the phone.
3) We also accept Stock or Securities and you can donate through your Donor Advised Fund or IRA too! Please contact us so we know whose name to put on your star.
